Hi, I’m Lisa
I'm an executive coach, consultant, and strategist, and I know you want to build something that matters without losing yourself somewhere in the middle of it.
To do that, you need a roadmap that accounts for all of you, and not just your revenue targets.
But I also know how easy it is to end up somewhere you never actually chose, because you get busy and you take the next logical step and then the next one, until one morning you're running a business that looks right on paper and feels heavy to live in, and you can't quite name why.
I've had that morning myself, and mine came about twenty five years ago, when I was climbing the corporate ladder and someone asked me to make a decision that didn't sit right with who I was. That turned out to be the day everything changed direction.
That's why every engagement I take starts with your values instead of your org chart, and it's also why my clients tend to stay. The average client has been with me nine years, because alignment isn't a project you finish, it's a way of working, and I'll hold you to it.

How We Begin

We'll spend thirty minutes together with no pitch attached, where you tell me where you are and what feels off, and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to help. Sometimes I'm not, and I'll say so.

Before we build anything, we get clear on where you actually are and what brought you here, which is the part most people skip and the reason most plans don't hold up.
03. Emerge!
You come out of it with a roadmap that fits your values and a partner who sticks around, which matters more than any binder of recommendations, because the hard part was never writing the plan, it was walking it.
